'The Roger Collective' was Virgin's internal communication for all the employees of the various Virgin companies around the world. Designed for employees to share their stories, the magazine ranged from the employees based at Virgin Galactic in the Mojave Desert to the small team at Virgin Balloons, in Shropshire.
I worked collaboratively with editor Kate Cornish to develop creative editorial concepts and deliver impactful designs that spoke to the virgin brand.
The role involved a great deal of art direction to bring shoot concepts to life and illustrate the 'Virgin Way' ethos.
