The Bon Marche in-store magazine featured a lot of pick-up images, shot by the client. Sometimes this was under instruction from our editorial team. However, we often had to work with images supplied to us. 

I Art Directed the makeover shoots, which were real people and customers rather than models. These makeover shoots, fitted in perfectly, with the demographic of shoppers. The editorial team felt this was important and pushed the client on this point.
